Progrits is a Nordic group of companies specializing in B2B data and software services for niche industry verticals. Our businesses are organized into four areas: Vehicle Digital Solutions, Transportation & Logistics, Public Mobility, and Integrated E-Commerce.
Geopt is a subgroup within the Transportation & Logistics vertical, bringing together three innovative software companies focused on geodata solutions and transport optimization. These companies share resources, customers, and a strong commitment to delivering smart, data-driven solutions:
• Geposit – Platform for Nordic address and geodata intelligence, offering services such as address validation via API, postal code datasets, and map tools for territory management.
• TetraSoft – Route and resource optimization software for transportation, logistics, and field services, including advanced solutions for automated transport planning and fleet tracking.
• Dimaps – Precise location data and production planning software for e-commerce and media distribution, helping businesses optimize operations with accuracy and efficiency.
About the role
In this position, you will take on a dual role: Commercial Lead for Geopt and CEO of TetraSoft and Dimaps.
Your mission is to lead the commercial development of the business, with a strong focus on sales growth and cross-company collaboration. You’ll work closely with the CEO of Geposit in Sweden and have the flexibility to be based in Copenhagen or Sønderborg, with a hybrid working model.
This is a hands-on commercial role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You’ll work closely with our CEO and have the chance to influence both strategy and execution. If you’re ready to take ownership, learn fast, and make a real impact, this could be your next step.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities cover several key areas:
Sales & commercial excellence
• Meeting customers, demonstrating our solutions, and closing deals.
• Coaching and supporting our sales colleagues, including setting and following up of goals.
• Shaping our commercial approach and telling us what works.
• Building strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Continually improving our value propositions and competitive edge.
Analysis & reporting
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Contributing to financial planning and forecasting.
• Supporting reporting to Progrits, the board, and other stakeholders.
People & operations
• Ensuring efficient and sustainable administration (excluding day-to-day accounting).
• Contributing to compliance with Progrits’ management systems, including ISO certification.
• Taking responsibility for HR topics such as salary reviews, development talks, and culture-building activities.
About you

• Have experience and strong interest in sales and business development.
• Are a strong communicator who builds trust with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and appreciate the mix of strategic and hands on activities.
• Get things done and inspire others to join you on the journey.
• Speak Danish and English fluently.
• Bring experience from the transport sector.
Bonus points if you:
• Bring experience from software or tech solutions.
• Have worked in an international or Nordic context.
• Understand the power of geodata and digital solutions in transforming industries.
