About us

Aktiivitieto is a Finnish software company that provides niche solutions within Customer Experience Management - with a particular focus on the vehicle industry. Our core product, Active Feedback, helps dealers, importers, and workshops measure customer satisfaction, improve sales processes, and make data-driven decisions that create better experiences for end customers.

Since 1997, we have grown into a passionate and dedicated team of three people based in Vantaa, just outside Helsinki. In May 2024, we proudly joined Progrits - a leading Nordic software group. About the role

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both people and systems. As a Customer Success Advisor, your main focus will be helping our clients get the most out of our customer experience platform, Active Feedback.

Your daily work will include:

• Supporting clients in their use of the Active Feedback platform
• Managing customer requests (e.g. user access changes)
• Creating and updating training materials
• Helping customers use the system more effectively in their operations
• Communicating client needs internally to improve our service

This is a hands-on role in a small, dedicated team where everyone helps out where needed. You will likely take on a few different tasks beyond what is listed above.  

About you

Your mindset is just as important as your experience for thriving in this role. With that being said, you don’t need to be a developer - but you should be comfortable working with software systems, understanding client needs, and translating data into action.

We believe that you have:

• A genuine “customer-first” attitude
• Interest in IT and confidence using digital systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent Finnish and English skills

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience using SaaS platforms (especially as a super-user or admin)
• Worked with clients in the vehicle or service sector
• Familiarity with GDPR and how data is handled
• Interest in customer experience and operational improvement
